The Retail Litigation Center hosted three experts (Theane Evangelis, Gibson Dunn; Elbert Lin, Hunton; & Shay Dvoretsky, Skadden) to discuss major case decisions from the Supreme Court’s October 2023 term that will impact retail companies moving forward. Cases discussed included Grants Pass (homeless encampments); Spizzirri and Bissonnette (arbitration); Muldrow (Title VII); Loper Bright + Corner Post + Jarkesy (federal administrative state).
