About the RCC
The Retail Compliance Center (RCC) provides retail-specific resources, tools, and learning opportunities for retailers facing various federal, state, and local regulations and compliance responsibilities.
The Challenge
Today's retailers face a growing and complex compliance landscape that is governed by a patchwork of federal and state laws and regulations. The RCC, an initiative of the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA), assists retailers with navigating these challenges, aiming to enhance compliance programs for individual companies and across the entire retail industry.The Retail Compliance Center's Vision
